Safety Week 2026: Teams Committed to Safety
Safety Week 2026 once again demonstrated the strong commitment of our French, Polish, and Romanian teams to a critical issue: workplace safety.
Throughout this dedicated week, from June 1 to 5, 2026, everyone stepped up, with a high participation rate across all three sites. This collective commitment reflects a deeply rooted safety culture and a shared determination to improve every day.

A rich program, fostering a safety culture
Among the highlights of this year’s event was the “GrainGold 3.0” workshop, held at all VIVESCIA sites, which helped deepen our understanding of a just culture. It was a key opportunity to exchange ideas, share best practices, and continue to evolve our daily behaviors.
In addition, each site offered workshops tailored to on-site realities:
· First aid training, to learn how to respond effectively in an emergency
· Evacuation drills, to test and improve our reflexes
· Training on the use of fire extinguishers
· Blind-spot awareness exercises, to better prevent traffic-related risks
· PPE presentations, to reinforce the importance of appropriate and properly used equipment

Safety and camaraderie: a winning combination
Marked by a positive atmosphere, this week successfully balanced the seriousness of the issues at hand with a spirit of camaraderie.
Discussions, workshops, and shared experiences helped strengthen team spirit and bring safety to life in a concrete and positive way.
But beyond this event, the message is clear: safety isn’t limited to just one week a year. It relies on constant vigilance, our individual behaviors, and our ability to look out for one another, day in and day out.
Well done and thank you to all the teams!
It is thanks to this collective commitment that we continue to make safety a shared priority.
Let’s continue to uphold this standard together, day after day.
