With a processing capacity of 260,000 tons divided in three big areas of maize production in Europe: France (Pringy), Poland (Siechnice) and Romania (Slobozia), KALIZEA supports its customers in their growth, providing them the same quality of products in various countries while securing the supply.
Thanks to the location of these three plants, KALIZEA has competitive and performant solutions for the international market from the European harbours, including Antwerp (Belgium), Gdynia (Poland) and Constanta (Romania).
KALIZEA FRANCE
Our French site located in Pringy in Marne (51) is the historical site of KALIZEA. This plan was created in 1974 under the name Champagne Maïs.
Its crushing capacity is approximately 130,000 T/year.
Our mill is located in the middle of an industrial complex regrouping three companies of the VIVESCIA Group: KALIZEA, Malteurop and VIVESCIA Agriculture. Implemented in the heart of a region producing corny/toothed maize, the maizes entering in our manufacturing processes are local and have travelled, for the vast majority, less than 100 km.
The site has 7 production lines, including one line of virgin oil made from toasted maize germ. In total, more than 30 product references are manufactured in our French mill.
