KALIZEA Nutrigerm® toasted maize germ flour is obtained after roasting maize germ, extracting part of the oil and grinding it finely.
Our process gives the product its pretty brownish color, its characteristic notes of hazelnut and toasted cereals, while preserving its nutritional values and its original natural properties.
